The buyer confirms that they have the qualifications and facilities appropriate for handling research chemicals.
4. Buyer responsibilities

- Ensuring safe handling, storage and disposal in accordance with applicable laboratory safety requirements.
- Not reselling or representing the products for human or veterinary use.
5. Orders and payment
Orders are formed only when confirmed in writing by us following a quotation. Payment terms are stated in the quotation. We may decline any enquiry or order at our discretion, including where the intended use or destination raises a legal or compliance concern.
6. Documentation
Certificates of Analysis are issued per production batch and describe analytical results for that batch. They are provided for research documentation purposes and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular application.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any supply is limited to the invoice value of the affected products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of research time or data.
8. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties.
