Dispatch location
All orders are dispatched from our production facility in Bangladesh. We ship to laboratories, research institutions and distributors in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and other regions, subject to the import regulations of the destination country.
Dispatch and lead time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. Bulk or custom-pack orders may require additional production time, which is stated in your quotation.
Transit times
- United States — 2-3 business days via UPS, FedEx, DHL or Elite Freight. A tracking number is issued as soon as the consignment leaves our facility.
- Europe, Southeast Asia and other regions — transit time depends on the destination country and its customs procedures, and is confirmed in your quotation before dispatch.
Shipping options
- Express courier — door-to-door delivery with tracking, typically 3-7 business days to major destinations.
- Air freight — for larger wholesale consignments, with delivery to the destination airport or an agreed forwarder.
Packaging
Lyophilised peptide material is shipped at ambient temperature in sealed vials. Vials are protected against mechanical shock and light, and are contained in neutral outer packaging that does not display the product name or composition.

Quotation and pricing basis
Quotations are issued per vial or per kit and state the pack size, quantity, destination country and documentation included. Wholesale terms generally apply from 25 kits or 50 vials per product. No prices are published on this website and no payment is collected here; availability and commercial terms are confirmed in writing during your enquiry.
Customs and import
Import duties, taxes and clearance procedures are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the destination country. We recommend confirming the local requirements for importing laboratory research reagents before ordering, and we will provide the documentation needed to support clearance.
Receiving your order
Please inspect shipments on arrival and report any transit damage or discrepancy within 5 business days so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution.
