Our facility in Bangladesh
Our production site in Bangladesh is dedicated to the synthesis, purification and lyophilisation of research peptides. Operations cover solid-phase peptide synthesis, preparative chromatographic purification, lyophilisation and batch release testing.
The facility is operated strictly as a research reagent supplier. It does not manufacture pharmaceutical products, finished medicinal products or any material intended for human or veterinary administration.
Quality control workflow
Every production batch follows a documented workflow:
- Synthesis — solid-phase peptide synthesis with in-process Kaiser testing for coupling completeness.
- Purification — preparative reverse-phase chromatography to isolate the target fraction.
- Lyophilisation — controlled freeze drying to produce a stable powder form.
- Release testing — reverse-phase HPLC purity analysis and identity confirmation by an independent third-party laboratory.
- Documentation — batch number assignment, Certificate of Analysis issue and retention sample storage.
Production capacity
Our standard output covers research-scale orders from single vials through to bulk laboratory supply. Wholesale agreements can include custom pack sizes, staged delivery schedules and dedicated batch reservation.
Documentation and traceability
Batch numbers, test dates, measured purity results and testing laboratory details are published for each product and are available as downloadable PDF certificates. Retention samples are kept so that historical batches can be re-examined if required.
Wholesale cooperation
We supply distributors, reagent resellers, contract research organisations and university laboratories. A wholesale arrangement can include fixed pack sizes, private-label batch documentation, reserved batch allocation and staged delivery across a schedule agreed in advance.
Wholesale terms generally apply from 25 kits or 50 vials per product. Volume thresholds, packaging requirements and delivery schedules are confirmed in your quotation.
